Subject: Reports on the result of the exercising of Property Perfect'swarrant#2 (PF-W2)

To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Due to Property Perfect Public Company Limited had issued and offered 53 million units of Warrant of the Company to unsecured creditors (PF-W2) since November 7, 2002 The Warrant is exercisable its thirteenth exercise date since June 30, 2010 the Company has announced exercising right period during June 23-29, 2010

The result of the exercising No.16 was none of warrant-holder exercised new share. In summary, therefore the balance of warrant (PF-W2) is still now 8,870,076 units.
