Subject : Dissemination of Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for fiscal year 2011.

To : Director and Manager, The Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Property Perfect Public Company Limited has scheduled for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2011 on Friday, 29 April 2011, at 10.00 hrs., at Parichart Room, Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel Bangkok (Radisson Hotel Bangkok), No. 92, Soi Saengcham, Rama IX Road, Kwaeng Huaykwang, Khet Huaykwang, Bangkok Metropolis, to consider various matters according to the agenda of the meeting which have been notified to the SET.

Please be notified that the Company had disseminated the Notice of the said Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the supporting documents on the website of the Company: http://www.pf.co.th/ir from 29 March 2011 onwards. The Shareholders therefore could access the said details on the website of the Company. And the Company will further send the documents to the Shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Share Register as at 29 March 2011.
